Khaye Feygl
Description of Piece This composition was an attempt to create of an atmospheric dance piece based off of interviews with the choreographer's mother. In these interviews she discussed her relationship with Judaism, Nazi Germany, life in New York, and men. To do this we focused on using harmonic minor scales with stripped down instrumentation; this mixed with intense soundscapes placed the listener in the world of the dance.

Khaye Feygl Interlude This piece was an attempt to create something in between Fiddler on the Roof and the music of George Thorogood. To do this a distorted baseline, a fiddle, and a stripped down drum set were used.
Intro To Khaye Feygl This was created to go behind a spoken intro to a dance piece. It starts out slow turning more dissonant and becoming quicker whenever the subject matter darkens.
